1. Acceptance

By using nogoon.io or running any script provided by nogoon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

nogoon provides shell scripts that modify your computer's DNS settings, hosts file, and search engine SafeSearch settings to block access to adult content. We offer:

Free trial: A 72-hour temporary block that reverts automatically.
Permanent version ($9): A one-time purchase that applies persistent system-level blocks.

3. No Account Required

No registration, email, or account creation is required. The paid version is delivered as a one-time download link after payment.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
The permanent version is a one-time payment of $9 USD. No subscription, no recurring charges.
All sales are final. Because the script is delivered and executed immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available. The product works as described — it modifies system settings. If you experience a technical issue, contact support@nogoon.io and we will help resolve it.

5. Single-Use Links

Each purchase generates a single-use download link. Once the script has been retrieved, the link is deactivated. If you need to re-run the script, contact support.

6. What the Script Modifies

By running the script, you authorize nogoon to make the following changes to your computer:

Change DNS servers to CleanBrowsing's adult content filter (185.228.168.10 / 185.228.169.11)
Add entries to your system's /etc/hosts file (macOS) or equivalent (Windows) blocking known adult domains
Enable forced SafeSearch on Google and Bing
The permanent version locks these settings to prevent easy reversal

7. Risks & Disclaimer

The script modifies system-level settings. While safe and reversible with advanced knowledge, the permanent version is intentionally difficult to undo. This is a feature, not a bug.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that 100% of adult content will be blocked.
We are not responsible for any system issues arising from running the script, though the script only modifies DNS, hosts, and search settings — nothing else.
The free trial reverts automatically. The permanent version does not.

8. Open Source

Our scripts are open source and publicly auditable at github.com/nukkeninprod/nogoon. You can review exactly what the script does before running it.

9. Intellectual Property

The nogoon name, logo, and website content are owned by nogoon. The scripts themselves are open source.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nogoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid ($9).

11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
